BUILDING SURVEYING

Adams Napier Partnership provide a full range of building surveying services including condition surveys, defects analysis and contract administration. We have been commissioned to carry out detailed condition and quinquennial surveys for clients including the Church of Scotland, Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh, National Trust for Scotland, Aberdeen City Council, St Leonard’s School in St Andrews, and Tayport Harbour Trust, at a range of properties, including scheduled ancient monuments, historic harbour, churches, museums, mills and historic houses. The surveys can include costed recommendations and specifications to help clients plan future works and source appropriate funding.
