PROJECTS - Church of Scotland Quinquennial Surveys

Appointed in 2017 by the Presbyteries of Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Melrose, to undertake ‘advanced’ quinquennial surveys. This followed Adams Napier Partnership’s development of a new survey template and pilot study, producing a more user-friendly document to help property convenors prioritise and programme the works and obtain realistic prices from local contractors. This trial was deemed a success and we have been commissioned on an annual basis to roll-out these ‘advanced’ surveys.
