PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Adams Napier Partnership provide the full range of project management and contract administration services including management of multi-disciplinary teams. We regularly fulfill the role of contract administrators to design, procure and manage building repairs and alterations from project inception, design, specification and tendering through to contractor appointment, management and completion of work on site. We can also help clients to obtain grant funding and have successfully delivered a number of projects with support from Historic Building Repair Grants and as part of Conservation Area Regeneration Schemes (CARS).
