Category A listed 16th century townhouse incorporating earlier remains and later extended in the 17th century. Recently transferred into the ownership of a small community organisation who will open the property as a venue and café. Carried out a condition survey on the exterior of the property and developed tender documentation for external fabric repairs including external lime harling and limewash. Secured grant funding from Historic Environment Scotland and will oversee the works which are due to commence in mid 2020.
