Informed by a detailed Quinquennial Survey Report undertaken by Adams Napier Partnership our appointment was extended to include Contract Administrator and Principal Designer Services for a major external fabric repairs project to include extensive stone repairs and lime mortar repointing, roof slate repairs and replacement of leadwork, replacement of cast iron rainwater goods, leaded window repairs, joinery repairs and external decoration.
