Appointed by Historic Environment Scotland to conduct Landlord's Inspections of their tenanted domestic property across the whole of the country. The surveys included an assessment of property condition and checking the standard and testing of services to ensure legislative compliance. A range of different property types were surveyed from flats within category A listed historic houses to custodian's accomodation on Scottish Islands.
